Cathy Bryant

Cathy has been an Enrolled Agent since 2014 and holds a BS in Business with double majors in management and marketing from Oakland City University. Prior to becoming an EA, she worked for the IRS as a Revenue Officer and Collection group manager. Cathy has worked in tax resolution along with holding tax advisory and technical tax research roles. She also has experience in the insurance claims investigation field.
Cathy was selected to be a member of the IRS Taxpayer Advocacy Panel (TAP) and is a member of its Forms & Publications committee. She has also completed the Ramsey Financial Coach Master training. Like Elizabeth, Cathy also has a heart for helping others. She is a staunch patient advocate especially in the senior and brain injury lanes. Cathy also is an animal lover and helps several local no-kill shelters in her area.

Elizabeth is an Enrolled Agent and holds an MBA from Gonzaga University and a BS in Accounting. Elizabeth has worked as a Program Manager leading a national team that assisted small business owners with both advisory and tax preparation services. She has a heart for helping others and is grateful for the opportunity to serve clients on their tax resolution journey.
Elizabeth is the Founder of a Texas nonprofit that provides hygiene products to under-resourced children. She was recognized as the Texas Governor's Volunteer of the Year in April 2023 and was featured on The Kelly Clarkson Show in March 2025 for her volunteer work.
